How
do you feel when someone will say you that your food can be stored for 20 to 30
years! Definitely two words will come up anonymously one is “wah” second one is

drying process, they have ability to be stocked for roughly magnificent 20 to
30 years with the normal room temperature as they don’t need to be kept in
freeze. Furthermore, as these foods have any water content, they are less in

Drying
process starts with sliced food products and after they are sliced into
thin pieces, then they are kept into deep freezer where they will be frozen in
order to keep the supplement structure constant and unaffected after this
process, then they are placed under vacuum which is responsible to absorb water
and content and the coated ice converted to vapor without becoming water so in
this process, 70% to 90% of water content get absorbed producing a dry and
light weight food product which will remain unharmed for a remarkable longer
period of time with the room temperature.
