Preserving grains are quite easy
than vegetables or fruits. These products contain more water, for this reason
get wasted in a shorter time. At present scenario, where most of our world
population suffering from malnutrition like food deficiency health conditions

the foremost way to preserve the food. Now scientists have developed that
procedure and we can get better result than before. The procedure is popularly
known as “lyophilization” or “freeze dry”.
This process first takes way
water from the food items and make them dry then kept them into vacuum where
ice directly converted to vapor without becoming liquid. These foods don’t need
any refrigeration or any chemical to be preserved. Whenever it needs to be
used, just adding water can return them to their previous flavor, color and the
same nutrition comments. The remarkable thing is that, this process won’t
affect the nutritional structure so you’ll get the same nutrition values. Conventional methods became unpopular for
this reason. We all know, any change in food product that could be taste or
texture make it uneatable which we don’t want.
